The Kappa Alpha Psi Lucian E. Brown Scholarship Fund
The Kappa Community Development Foundation, Inc. is accepting gifts for the Lucian E. Brown Memorial Scholarship Fund.
The Lucian E. Brown Memorial Scholarship Fund is an endowed fund established in 1995 during the twenty-year anniversary celebration of the Theta Theta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. on the University of Maryland campus.
Named in honor of Lucian E. Brown, a U.S. Army Captain at Ft. George Meade Army Command and a charter member of the Theta Theta Chapter, the purpose of this fund is to provide financial support to qualified Kappas and other students enrolled at the university. The endowment is managed by the University System of Maryland Foundation Inc.
